BEPPE! Rosato Toscano 2015 ベッペ・ロゼ

外観　桜色　
香り 黄桃、洋梨、オレンジピール、牡丹、ほのかにラズベリー、イチゴ
味わい　フレッシュな果実味と豊かな酸がバランス良く、口の中に入る。奥の方にすこし甘さを感じるが、豊かな酸がすっきりとした味わいに持ち上げてくれる。かすかなロゼらしい苦味もあるが、綺麗な仕上がりである。果実は柑橘系からトロピカルまであるが、純粋でフレッシュな果実が現れ綺麗な仕上がりである。

冷やしてもよし、温度も上げてもよし。美味しいワインである。
冷やせば、少し柑橘系のフレイヴァーが強くなり、少し温度をあげるとトロピカルなフルーツのフレイヴァーも出てくる。
すこし甘味があるが、酸がしっかりある。ミネラル感もある。
アルコール12.5%、味わいと酸が本当にエレガントなバランスで仕上がっている。
ブラインドで出すと、プロバンスよりも北のロゼを連想させると言われるのである。
Miravel よりはずっと美味しく思える。

Stingのワインである。これは、イルパラッジョに訪問したときにテイスティングして美味しかったので日本に送った一本である。やっぱり美味しい。スティングのファンでない人に飲んでもらったが、みんな絶賛する。
でもこれは日本には入っていない。残念である。イルパラッジョでも通信販売しているから買えないわけでないが、一本2000円くらいの送料がかかってしまう。それでもたくさん置いておきたいワインだ。

Apperance
This wine is clear and medium orange.

Nose
This wine is clean and has medium intensity of floral( acacia, geranium, rose) ,
greenfruit ( pear) , citrus fruit ( orange peel), stone fruit(peach, apricot), red fruit ( raspberry, strawberry) , and herbal( dill).

Palate
This wine is off-dry, meidum+ acidity, medium alcohol, medium body,
It has medium+ flavour intensity of flower, greenfruit ( pear), citrus fruit( orange peel), stone fruit ( peach), red fruit( raspberry). Its finish is medium+length.

very good quality.
This wine has very good balance between pure fruit flavours and acidity, It changes flavours depend on the temperature, although it keeps elegancy.
The concentration and intensity is not so strong, but for rose wine, it does not matter for them. Again it has fresh acidity and pure fruit flavour, they give you comfort and happiness.

I definitly prefier this wine to Miravel
